The Enterprise Operations Center Support Analyst works out of the Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) and will have three main roles:
These result in a highly diverse range of duties for the EOC — our representatives are required to ensure these roles are fulfilled in a timely, co-operative and professional manner.
EOC Support Analysts interact frequently with customer end-users, technical engineers, and service provisioning, so it is important that we are clear and concise in our communications.
Diligence and attention to detail are key skills, along with an ability to multi-task and prioritize work appropriately. Successful candidates will be eager and quick to learn, be clear communicators and must be able to use their initiative to tackle a broad range of problems.
